This website
These terms apply to your use of the checkapp.xyz website (documentation, blog, contact form). By using this website you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't use the website.
No contract, no account
Using this website does not create a contract between you and the creator. There are no user accounts. There is no paid service tied to this domain.
Third-party APIs
CheckApp works by calling third-party APIs (Copyscape, Exa AI, MiniMax, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Parallel AI) using API keys that you provide. Your usage of those APIs is governed by each provider's own terms of service. You are responsible for complying with them and for the costs they bill you.
Acceptable use
Don't use the website or the tool to commit fraud, defame anyone, infringe copyright, violate privacy laws, harass people, or break any law that applies to you. Don't submit content to the contact form that you don't have the right to share.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or the software.
